Refund policy

All sales are final. Due to the nature of original artwork and limited-edition prints, returns and exchanges are not accepted.

However, if your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact me within 7 days of delivery at kelseykinselstudio@gmail.com with photos of the damage. I will gladly work with you to find a solution which may include a replacement or repair depending on the situation.

All refund or replacement requests must be approved before returning any items. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
